This tool displays the averaged spectral output from acquired reference controls on the UVa Flow Cytometry Core Facility's 3-laser Aurora Northern Lights instrument. The Y-axis displays the intensity of the signal normalized to the max peak emission.
To use it, click on the "Fluorophore" tab at the bottom, then "Filter..." Users can select any combination of fluorophores to display. The chart title at the top will show the Euclidean Distance between the first two fluorophores listed in the legend. Values range from 0 to ~2, where 0 indicates an identical reading. Values lower than ~0.5 should be used with caution.
