This tool displays the spectral output from individually acquired reference controls on the UVa Flow Cytometry Core Facility's 3-laser Aurora Northern Lights instrument. The Y-axis displays the intensity of the signal normalized to the max peak emission.
The User filter will sort by the user who acquired the sample. The Fluorophore filter will sort by one or more different fluorophores. The Sample Type filter will sort by beads, cells, or both. The series of numbers in the file names corresponds to the date the sample was acquire, followed by a unique ID
Due to space constraints, the legend may not display the names of all samples plotted.
